What does Castellum's property portfolio look like?

Castellum aims to be the market leader in Nordic capitals and attractive growth regions in Sweden, Denmark and Finland. Through the associated company Entra, Castellum also has exposure to strong growth areas in Norway, particularly in the centre of Oslo. What is Castellum’s dividend policy?

At least 25 percent of income from property management will be distributed to shareholders, either through cash dividends or share buybacks, unless the company's financial position justifies otherwise.
